After a tour of Steven Bleicher’s charcoal drawings that illustrate travel on the open road, students will use their imagination to draw their own modes of transportation.
The KidsArt Program’s Saturday Art Adventures for ages 8-12 are designed to provide young artists with the opportunity to explore the art in our galleries and create inspired art projects in the Studio. Classes are limited to 15 students per class, pre-registration is required and classes fill up quickly.
AGE: 8-12 years
WHEN: Every second and fourth Saturday of the month, September through April
TIME: 1-2:30 p.m.
FEE PER CLASS: $10 for non members | FREE with a Museum Family Membership
April 14th | Complementary Triptych
In this class, students will learn about composition by creating a triptych where three different images are intended to be appreciated together as a grouping.
