ArtFields RoadTrip

Please join us for a fun-filled day experiencing the art and exploring the environs of ArtFields in Lake City, SC.

ArtFields is a unique 10-day (April 21 – 29, 2017) Southern art fest in the historic community of Lake City, SC. Over 400 masterpieces will be displayed in locally-owned venues, from renovated warehouses from the 1920s to Smithsonian-qualified art galleries to upscale restaurants and start-up boutiques, in a mutual celebration of art and community.

8:30 am | Bus leaves from the Art Museum. Please BYO coffee and snacks. Water will be provided.

10:30 am | Arrive in Lake City at the ROB. Carla Angus, ArtFields Education and Outreach Coordinator, welcomes us. Tour the ROB.

11:30 am – 12:30 pm | Panel of Lake City Shop Owners/Curators talk about artist selection at Crossroads on Main

12:30 pm | Lunch at Crossroads on Main, Lake City’s boutique hotel

1:30 pm – 1:45 pm | William H. Miller presentation/discussion of his work of art at Crossroads Gallery

1:45 pm – 4:00 pm | Tour ArtFields. Tour guide will be available, but optional.

4:00 pm | Bus leaves from The Bean Market for the Art Museum. Beverages and snacks will be provided.
