Joyce Lincoln is an eclectic artist who works in a variety of mediums. She loves the beach. She does pet portraits in pastels. Joyce also does some crafting. When not creating, she also writes and has published 8 books. She wears other hats besides artist, author and photographer. Her inspiration comes from the Holy Spirit and nature. She often sees things differently and records that in her work.
Joyce is a Chaplain, having served in hospitals in Connecticut and South Carolina; as Emergency Services Chaplain to Fire, Police and EMS departments in Connecticut; and as Prison Ministry Chaplain with New Horizons and Women’s Ministry Chaplain in South Carolina. Her sons serve in Emergency Services in South Carolina and Connecticut.
Ms. Lincoln is an Army Brat and proud to be the daughter of a career Army Soldier. The experience of growing up on military bases has influenced her life and her art.
