Join us for the opening reception of Seasonal Observations, a stunning new exhibition by Savannah-based artist Cora Ennis Morris. This vibrant body of work—featuring cyanotypes, encaustics and photography—explores the changing seasons through natural materials like local flora, beeswax, and damar resin.
Inspired by the artist’s longing for the familiar rhythms of New England’s seasons, the exhibition invites viewers to reconnect with the cycles of growth, change, and renewal found in the natural world. With works like Weeds and Flora, Perseverance and Snowball Dressed in Blue, Morris encourages us to reflect on our relationship with the environment and the importance of its preservation.
Enjoy light refreshments, meet the artist, and be among the first to experience this moving tribute to nature’s beauty and resilience.
